Welcome to our beauty sanctuary! We at LBV Studios believe that when you “look good, you feel good” which is our ultimate goal. As a group of women from several different backgrounds we decided to come together and create a sanctuary dedicated to boost relaxation, self confidence & beauty! We thrive in client feed back & maintaining healthy safe practices. Our studio is set up to give each client a private one on one experience with your service provider. Each room in our studio is designed to provide luxurious services by trained professionals!
Policies
Deposits:
All Full lash sets & Foreign Fills require a $50 non-refundable deposit. All deposits will be sent via text and/or email in an invoice formate. All deposits must be paid within 24 hours upon receiving, in order to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted at time of service of the initial appointment time. However, is non-refundable in any other instance. (See cancelation policy)
Cancellations
& No shows
All appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of a minimum of $50. Any & all cancellations made less then 48 hours prior to your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. No Show or Same Day Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee that reflects the total cost of the scheduled appointment. Full Lash sets and Foreign fills are subject to an additional $50 cancellation fee in addition to their deposit.
A card will be kept on file for all clients. if your card is unable to be processed at this time for the total cost an invoice will be sent & must be paid prior to rebooking.
All appointments may be rescheduled free of charge 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
if an appointment is rescheduled more then twice a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied to your car on file.
Late Arrivals
All late arrivals will be charged a $10 late fee. At 15 minutes past your appointment window your appointment will be cancelled.& a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your card on file, & you will loose your deposit. (fees do apply)
Visitor & Children Policy
In order to maintain a safe & relaxing environment we ask that all clients refrain from extra visitors or children to their appointment. However, if a guest accompines you, we ask that the guest stays in the lobby area for the duration of the service. All children 18 or younger need to be accompanied by an adult in the lobby (other then the client.) If you arrive to your appointment with a child without another adult we will cancel your appointment and ask you to reschedule. (Cancellation fees apply)
Refunds
No refunds on any services.
We strongly enforce all policies.
